I am Dr. Julie V. Xavier, and I am delighted to welcome you.
My lifelong passion for the wellbeing of children and families has always guided my work in research and programme development. Today, as a wife and mother of two, that passion has become even more personal. My own family life has helped shape and refine the principles of Legacy Parenting, and I look forward to sharing them with you.

I am thrilled to announce that I will be one of the keynote speakers at the upcoming Fearless Women Summit, taking place in October in Trinidad!
My keynote, “The Legacy You Leave: Parenting from the Inside Out,” will explore how the ways we care for ourselves as parents, manage our emotions, and connect with our children help shape the legacy they carry into the future.
For me, delivering this keynote in Trinidad holds special meaning. It was there, some thirty years ago, that much of the foundation for my journey as a sociologist was laid. Returning now to share this message feels like a meaningful full-circle moment.
I look forward to sharing this important message and connecting with an inspiring community of fearless women. Trinidad, here I come! 🇹🇹
